AI Track Lead · London, UK

Mohammad Haseeb Iqbal

Leading AI delivery at S&P Global, turning complex requirements into products customers love, from discovery to go-live.

Prior to S&P, I established Capgemini's Salesforce AI practice, generating £700k+ of new business, and was the first in its ecosystem to deliver Agentforce to a client. I've also owned UAT and product delivery for National Grid and NESO, and project delivery for Network Rail and TFL.

What I do

Clear strategy, measurable results, lasting growth

I deliver end-to-end AI and transformation programmes across enterprise clients, taking them from discovery and requirements gathering through to UAT and go-live. I turn complex business needs into clear plans with strong governance and product outcomes, and bridge the gap between business and technical teams.

AI product delivery

I lead the AI track at S&P Global, owning the backlog, priorities and sprint order. I stay hands-on with quality, testing AI outputs with SQL and GraphQL so what we release is accurate and ready for customers.

Programme delivery & UAT

I run programmes end to end: plans, forecasts, RAID, dependencies and stakeholder reporting. I bring structure and governance to UAT and go-live readiness, so teams launch with confidence, not surprises.

Enterprise systems transformation

I'm not tied to one platform. I work across Salesforce, Dynamics 365, SAP and Power BI, stepping in as business analyst, product owner or solution lead to take systems from requirements to real adoption.

Experience

Where I've worked

  1. Dec 2025 – Present

    S&P Global

AI Track Lead May 2026 – Present

My Director and VP promoted me from Project & Programme Analyst to AI Track Lead, in recognition of the structured approach I brought to UAT on the TTI platform. I combine delivery leadership with hands-on technical investigation: getting into the detail of a problem, working out why it matters, and turning it into clear decisions on scope, priorities, risks and timelines.

    • 5Delivery tracks led through UAT
    • 60%Defects resolved before beta
    • 100+Defects triaged across Product, Developer & Consulting teams
    • Owning delivery: I own the AI track's backlog, feature priorities and sprint order, with ultimate accountability for what gets delivered. I set forecasts, milestones and timelines, and renegotiate scope when technical constraints change the plan, keeping stakeholders aligned on realistic commitments rather than over-promising and under-delivering.
    • Clearing the path: I spot technical and operational risks early, link them to their delivery impact, and work through blockers with engineering. I write clear escalations and drive the cross-functional conversations that resolve problems before they reach production.
    • Hands-on AI quality: I test AI functionality myself, evaluate output quality, investigate unexpected responses and manage edge cases, using SQL and GraphQL to trace issues to the underlying data. That's how I traced weaker AI outputs to a metadata issue and worked with the relevant teams to resolve it.
    • Bridging engineering and the business: I work with Legal and Compliance on regulatory and governance needs, and with Sales on what clients actually need, turning both into scope and priorities that are technically achievable.

    Project & Programme Analyst · UAT & Delivery Dec 2025 – May 2026

    • Multi-track UAT: I led UAT for the new TTI platform across 5 delivery tracks: running test governance and execution, onboarding testers, managing access and accreditation, and running demos to get the business test-ready.
    • Quality before launch: I triaged 100+ defects across Product, Developer and Consulting teams in Jira, with 60% found and resolved before beta. The end-to-end view of quality, readiness, dependencies and risks I built became the foundation for stepping up to AI Track Lead.
  2. Oct 2024 – Dec 2025

    Capgemini

    Software Engineer

I built Capgemini's Salesforce AI capability from the ground up, then delivered as business analyst, product owner and UAT lead on major CRM and Dynamics 365 transformations for multiple energy clients.

    • £700k+New business from the Salesforce AI practice
    • £6mEnergy-sector deal supported to close
    • 98%User adoption within 30 days of go-live
    • 6Developers led on National Grid's vendor management system
    • Salesforce AI practice: I established the practice, defining the AI use cases and delivery frameworks behind £700k+ of new business across 3 enterprise clients. I built and demonstrated 4 enterprise AI use cases, from case routing and knowledge retrieval to customer enquiry automation.
    • First to deliver Agentforce: I was the first consultant in Capgemini's Salesforce ecosystem to deliver a working Agentforce solution to a client, and was asked to build out the new Agentforce team as lead solution architect. I also managed QA and deployment of an Agentforce support assistant for a telecoms client, and helped redesign certification training so new consultants could be deployed onto projects sooner.
    • Winning work: I built and presented an Agentforce solution to NESO that secured a £500k implementation opportunity. I also supported National Grid and SEFE bids with documentation, financial cost breakdowns and commercial proposals, contributing to a £6m deal.
    • Product ownership: on National Grid's new Dynamics 365 vendor management system, I was business analyst and product owner from discovery to go-live, leading 6 developers through requirements, backlog prioritisation, sprints and UAT, with 95% of critical defects resolved before launch. My story

Why I don't give up

Dyslexia made school a daily struggle. I remember staring at textbooks for hours, trying to make sense of the words on the page. Later came a diagnosis of Asperger's. Each obstacle made me more determined not to be defined by my circumstances.

Physics became my passion and my safe haven. I used every formula and theory to push past the limits others thought would hold me back, and I earned a place at King's College London, one of the world's top universities.

Shortly after graduating, I was diagnosed with stage 4 classic Hodgkin lymphoma, a blood cancer. It was a fight for my future and for everything I had worked for. The determination that carried me through dyslexia and Asperger's became my weapon against cancer, and I came out a survivor.

My journey taught me that life isn't about the challenges we face, but how we rise to meet them. I hope my story encourages others to believe in their own strength and never give up, whatever life throws at them.
